Check-in: 3:00 PM  |  Check-out: 12:00 PM

The hotel is directly connected to Union Station and the PATH underground network, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and Toronto attractions without going outside.

Daytime Sessions: Business casual is recommended. Think smart but comfortable — collared shirts, blouses, slacks, or skirts. Jeans are fine if paired with a polished top.

Evening Events: Keep it casual. The Thursday evening event is slightly more dressed up, but suits and dresses are not required.

Toronto in mid-July is warm (average 27°C / 80°F), so lightweight fabrics are advised. Conference rooms can be cool with air conditioning, so bring a light layer.

Help Desk: A staffed help desk will be available in the Grand Foyer throughout the conference (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily). Stop by for schedule questions, directions, or any assistance you need.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all conference areas. Network name and password will be provided at check-in.

Dietary Needs: If you indicated dietary preferences during registration, your meals will be labeled and set aside. For any changes, please visit the help desk.

Accessibility: All conference spaces are wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact us in advance and we will make arrangements.

Getting Around: The TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) subway and streetcar network is convenient. A PRESTO card makes fare payment easy. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) are also widely available.

Currency: Canadian Dollar (CAD). Credit and debit cards (including contactless) are accepted virtually everywhere. Tipping 15–20% is customary at restaurants.

Must-See Nearby: The CN Tower (15-min walk), Ripley's Aquarium (15-min walk), St. Lawrence Market (10-min walk), and the Distillery District (short streetcar ride) are all worth visiting if you have free time.

Weather: July in Toronto is warm and occasionally humid. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light rain jacket just in case. Evenings are pleasant for waterfront strolls along the Harbourfront.
